General Introduction

WT-1000 WIM(Weigh in Motion)system transmits the colleted weights and types of vehicles to road tolling computer by using the dynamic weighing system mounted at the front of the toll lane. The tolling computer will charge the vehicles according to the actual weight and the toll charging rate.

It restricts the overranging and overload vehicles by utilizing economic levers, which can protect the traffic facilities of the expressway. The core technology of WT-1000 WIM system is dynamic weighing. We have studied on the dynamic weighing technology for over 10 years, gaining substantial experience on production and project construction with international advanced level.

At present, WT-1000 WIM system has been widely used in the provinces that carried out the toll-by-weight policy. Its accuracy, stability and long-term credibility have gained much accreditation of the owners.

System Features 
 
● The infrared scanner sensor of this system is made of imported famous international products, which can operate stably and everlastingly even under poor environment and climate.

● The system adopts our own proprietary logics recognition technology, which can deal with the complex traveling conditions as the start-up, braking and reversing etc. and handle the violated vehicles at the same time.

● The system has good interfacing function, which provides DLL and direct data communication modes. It can be connected with all the lanes of the charging system easily, making the transformation of the toll-by-weight system convenient. 

● The weighing plate is installed with shallow foundation, which is dust proof with light and convenient maintenance.

● The outdoor machine cabinet and shell of infrared scanner sensor are both made of high quality stainless steel whose appearance is matched with other tolling equipment, which is dust-proof, moisture-proof and anticorrosion.

Functional Features
● The system adopts the design of credibility, combining with dynamic weighing technology application up to years, which can satisfy the requirements of the expressway charging system to realize the credibility of outer equipment on the lanes.

● The weighing plate is equipped with four high quality weighing sensors with a measuring range of 20 tons. The loading capacity of the weighing plate reaches 80 tons, which can bare the frequent rolling compact of the heavy load vehicles.

● The weighing plate adopts our own proprietary technology, forming unique anti-shocking structure, which can resist the frequent impact of the traveling vehicles. It can extend the service life of the weighing sensor and enhance the dynamic accuracy.

● We can provide integrated charging system software such as vehicle weighing, road tolling and station management.

● The data processor adopts the internationally leading embedded micro-processor technology. The procedures from data collection, arithmetic process to system controlling are fixed. It will operate automatically once being started in order to avoid the possible shaking and human disturbance outside, which can work all day long under various kinds of environments both indoor or outdoor.
