Technical innovation is the key factor for a high-tech enterprise to achieve core competitiveness and keep the leading status in the industry. Wanji technology has paid close attention to research facility building from the beginning, keeping recruiting competent professional technical personnel to guarantee the  continual improvement of the product and technical innovation, along with enhancing the financial investment in research areas, which includes investing 10% of the sales to build high-class research laboratories, and improving the auxiliary facilities of research center .

Wanji technology persist the faith of innovation, with research projects involving software engineering, autocontrol, communication, electromachanical integration, and possess multi-series products applying ETC, VIP and WIM as key technology. Up to now，there are more than 100 researchers in our R&D center, taking up 28% of the workforce. We have obtained 12 authorized patents, 29 software copyrights.

We have established microwave lab and product test base with state-of-the-art equipments. And as putting product standardization facilities into service, the process flow has been improved greatly. We will adopt modern corporate governance to intensify the supplying capability, relying on abundant technical strength and practicable resource configuration. In the modernized research and manufacture base, using ISO9001 quality management system as criteria to realize large-scale manufacture, we guarantee the dominant position in technology innovation of ourselves.
 

At present, R&D center have four business divisions including DSRC, civil ITS, WIM and System Integration.
